1. Athlete Experience Terms

Guest may book participation in an Athlete Experience Paris 2024 (“Experience”) for Guest and up to one (1) companion (“Companion”).
Experience includes ticketed admission for Guest and Companion to the stated Olympic event (“Ticket”). Must participate in the Experience to receive the Ticket.
Limit of one Experience per person across all Athlete Experiences Paris 2024 offerings.
Number of slots available per Experience is limited and varies by Experience.
Guest and Companion must each be 13 years of age or older at time of Experience to participate.
Guest must make sure that Companion understands and agrees to these Experience terms prior to beginning of Experience. Guest will be responsible for their Companion’s acceptance of and compliance with these Experience terms.
Guest’s name and email address as provided in Guests’s Airbnb account will be used to issue Tickets and to administer the Experience. Guest must provide their Companion’s first name, last name, and email address. Guest and Companion must verify their identity on-site to participate in the Experience by providing their government-issued ID upon Airbnb’s request.
Tickets are issued and administered by the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee (“Paris 2024”).
Ticket use is governed by the Ticketing Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tickets for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which by participating in this Experience, the Guest and Companion agree to.
To access the Tickets, Guest must download the Paris 2024 ticketing app (“Ticketing App”) and create an account. When creating an account on the Ticketing App, Guest must use the same email address that is used with their Airbnb account. Tickets will be accessible from the Guest’s Ticketing App after Guest arrives and checks in at the Experience location.
Seat locations are assigned at Airbnb's discretion.
Ticket or Experience transfer, resale, or exchange is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airbnb may, in its discretion, conduct verification and background checks (which may include civil and/or criminal background checks) of Guest and Companion. Failure to pass a verification or background check, to provide the requested verification, or return any required document as requested may deem the Guest and/or Companion ineligible to participate in the Experience.
By participating in the Experience, Guest and Companion grant to Airbnb, Airbnb’s affiliates and partners, and the Experiences Hosts, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and consultants (collectively, “Released Parties”) the right to use, publish, and broadcast, worldwide in any media, Guest’s and Companion’s name, photograph, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Experience or the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 without additional consideration, permission, or notification.
Guest and Companion agree that the Released Parties have no liability for, and shall be held harmless by Guest and Companion for, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or other intellectual property rights.
Without limiting the foregoing, Guest and Companion may also be requested to sign and return liability/publicity releases or other documents that Airbnb deems necessary to obtain required releases, prior to being deemed eligible to participate in the Experience. FOR RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. STATE OF TENNESSEE, FRANCE, GREECE, ITALY, NETHERLANDS, NEW ZEALAND, SOUTH AFRICA, and UK: Guest or Companion will not be deprived of their participation in the Experience should they refuse the use of their likeness for promotional purposes.
Airbnb reserves the right to retract or cancel any Experience confirmation (i) if the Guest has booked, or if Companion has been included in the booking of, more than one (1) Experience; (ii) if the results of the verification and background checks conducted on Guest or Companion are not reasonably satisfactory to Airbnb; or (iii) for any other reason in Airbnb’s reasonable discretion.
All applicable travel costs, arrangements, and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the Guest.
All bookings are subject to Airbnb’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, except as otherwise specifically stated herein.
Experiences are subject to time, venue and programming change and cancellation. Airbnb will not provide any replacement or compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) Guest or Companion does not attend the Experience; (ii) Guest or Companion are deemed ineligible for the Experience; (iii) the Experience is postponed, suspended, modified, or terminated in whole or in part; or (iv) Experience Host is unable to participate.
Airbnb reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend any Experience in whole or in part at any time at its sole discretion without notice or compensation to Guest or Companion; and Guest and Companion waive and release the Released Parties from all claims relating thereto to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted under applicable laws, Guest and Companion assume all risks and responsibility (including injuries, loss of property, or other damages to Guest or Companion, or to any third party due to Guest’s or Companion’s actions or omissions) associated with participation at the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024, and each indemnifies and releases the Released Parties from any and all such claims related to such participation.
Any attempt by Guest, Companion, or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or application may be a violation of criminal and civil law; and should such an attempt be made, Airbnb reserves the right to prosecute and seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By participating in the Experience, Guest and Companion each acknowledges that there may be tax or other financial reporting requirements based upon their country of residence and/or tax reporting requirements. Guest and Companion should each consult their tax advisors for guidance on their personal financial situation. 2. Notice of Data Sharing & Privacy

Any personal information you provide in connection with this Experience, or on or in connection with the Airbnb Platform (defined as websites, applications, and other offerings from Airbnb), will be processed in accordance with the Airbnb Privacy Policy.
Airbnb will collect and process Guest’s and Companion’s personal information in order to facilitate the issuance of their Tickets in accordance with applicable laws and the Airbnb Privacy Policy. By booking the Experience, you expressly consent to Airbnb, its agents, and/or representatives, storing, sharing, and using the personal information collected for the Experience for the purposes of conducting and ensuring proper administration of the Experience and in accordance with the Airbnb Privacy Policy.
Guest and Companion each acknowledges and agrees that their information will be shared with Paris 2024. The recipient organization will process their information as described in the Paris 2024 Privacy Policy.
If Guest requests Tickets for seating offered to spectators with accessibility needs, Airbnb may collect sensitive personal information as needed to communicate Guest’s request to Paris 2024. Should sensitive information be needed, Airbnb will ask for Guest’s (or, if applicable, Companion’s) consent prior to collecting the relevant information.
Guest’s and Companion’s personal information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States or another country that may not have equivalent privacy or data protection laws as the country in which they reside. Airbnb will ensure adequate protection for any international transfer of personal information from the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and/or the UK to any third country in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
